JoyaGoo is the same agent that used to be JoyaBuy. The old joyabuy.com site was switched off on 31 March and now shows an "access terminated" notice (most sources, and our agent status tracker, give 2025, though one gives 2026; JoyaGoo announced the brand change on the old help centre about two weeks before). If a spreadsheet or video sends you to joyabuy.com, the link is dead; the current site is joyagoo.com. Plenty of people assumed JoyaBuy had been seized. It hadn't; it rebranded.

JoyaGoo has the higher Trustpilot score and a larger review count; Superbuy has the longer history and a bigger menu of paid services such as model try-on photos and vacuum packing. Does JoyaGoo charge a service fee?
JoyaGoo says it takes no commission, and Superbuy charges CN¥0 on Taobao, Tmall, JD.com and 1688. Superbuy does charge CN¥20 per Xianyu item and 10%, capped at CN¥20, on other platforms. With purchasing fees at zero, both agents earn on shipping and exchange rates, so judge them by the total quote for your parcel, not by the fee line.
How much is JoyaGoo shipping?
It depends on weight, box size, destination and line, so there's no single price. Enter the same parcel in JoyaGoo's calculator and Superbuy's, then add duty and VAT with our import duty calculator. For scale, Superbuy's UPS Economy example charges CN¥320 for the first 500 g and CN¥50 per extra 500 g. Compare landed totals, not headline freight.
How do I use JoyaGoo?
