Possibly not easily: the May 2026 reviewer says LoongBuy refused refunds. Send a written request listing every order number, keep screenshots of your balance and messages, and check how long your card provider allows for a dispute, since those windows close. A chargeback is often the realistic route. Don't pay anyone who promises to recover the money for a fee.
