WeGoBuy has closed: what to do with old links, and what to use now

No. WeGoBuy has been offline since early 2025, and community tools confirm it's no longer operational. Its closure came during the upheaval after Pandabuy's April 2024 raid, and CNFans was reported closed in August 2026. Don't sign up with any site claiming to be WeGoBuy, and check our agent status board before trusting an older tutorial or spreadsheet.

Look for an agent with a long record and published fees. Superbuy has operated since 2012 and publishes CN¥0 purchasing fees on Taobao, Tmall, JD and 1688, 90 days of free storage and a 180-day maximum. Its workflow will feel familiar to former WeGoBuy users: paste a link, pay, check QC photos, consolidate and ship. Our alternatives page lists other agents still operating.

Not on WeGoBuy, since the wrapper is dead. Each old link usually encodes the original Taobao, Weidian or 1688 address, and that listing may still be live. Paste old links into our link converter to extract it, then paste the result into Superbuy. If the seller has removed the item since, search Taobao using the Chinese terms in our finds catalog instead.

You can't, because WeGoBuy has been closed since early 2025. Superbuy handles the same job: copy the Taobao item link, paste it into Superbuy's search bar, pick options and pay the item price plus domestic delivery. There's no Superbuy purchasing fee on Taobao or Tmall items. Former WeGoBuy users should start with one small order to learn the new workflow.

Those searches are misspellings of Wegovy, the weight-loss medication, not the shopping agent. Queries like "how long can WeGoBuy stay out of the fridge" get about 140 US searches a month. We're a shopping guide and can't advise on medication. For storage questions, read the medication's own leaflet or ask your pharmacist, who can answer properly.

It was a real, well-known shopping agent, but it went offline in early 2025 and hasn't returned. Any site using the WeGoBuy name today isn't the original business, so don't register with it or send it money. If you want a long-running alternative, Superbuy has operated since 2012 and publishes its fees. Treat WeGoBuy as history, not as an option.

WeGoBuy was a Chinese shopping agent that bought from Taobao and Weidian for international customers and shipped their parcels abroad. It was once among the best-known agents, but it has been offline since early 2025. Old spreadsheets still carry its links, which our link converter can turn back into original listings. Today you'd use an operating agent such as Superbuy instead.

There's no working WeGoBuy to be safe or unsafe; it has been offline since early 2025. Any site using the name now is unrelated to the original agent, so don't enter card details or log-ins there. About 1,900 US searches a month still mention WeGoBuy, which makes the name attractive to copycats. Use an operating agent with a public track record instead.

The original WeGoBuy site no longer works. Searches for "WeGoBuy website" and misspellings such as "wegonuy" or "weegobuy" now lead to closed or unrelated pages, so don't trust anything they turn up. To reuse old WeGoBuy links, extract the original listing with our link converter and paste it into Superbuy, where Taobao, Tmall, JD and 1688 items carry no purchasing fee.

Not through WeGoBuy, which closed in early 2025, but the old workflow carries over to Superbuy almost unchanged. Superbuy reads Taobao, Tmall and JD links from its search bar, charges no purchasing fee on them or on 1688 items, and keeps purchases free for 90 days while you consolidate. The big 2026 change is duty, which now applies to every US parcel, so budget for it.

Probably not after this long, but it's worth trying. Write to WeGoBuy from the email linked to your account, keep screenshots, and ask your card provider whether a chargeback window is still open. Ignore anyone offering to recover the money for a fee. It's also a lesson for next time: pay per order and avoid leaving money in an agent wallet.
